Pontedera (ITALY), October 10-12 2025

From 10 to 12 October 2025, Pontedera becomes the stage of the Vespa Rally European Championship 2025, three days combining competition, discovery, and conviviality. The Vespa Village at Teatro Era (Via Indipendenza in Pontedera) will host the parc fermé, checks, and special stages, as well as the weekend’s highlights.

📅 Friday, 10 October
The Rally opens with the Welcome Dinner at 8:00 PM, a chance for participants and companions to meet and socialize.

📅 Saturday, 11 October
At 7:30 AM the parc fermé opens for checks, followed by the briefing at 8:30 AM.
The Special Stage runs from 9:00 to 10:30 AM, followed by navigation along the Monte Serra roadbook (46 km).
At 12:00 PM a Special Stage takes place, leading into the lunch break. The afternoon continues with a Special Stage at 2:00 PM and navigation along the “Delizie della Valdera” roadbook (63 km). The day concludes with the Special Stage from 5:00 to 6:30 PM, a Meet & Greet with VC Pontedera and the convivial Dinner at 7:30 PM.

📅 Sunday, 12 October
The final day opens with parc fermé at 7:30 AM and briefing at 8:30 AM. From 9:00 to 10:30 AM riders face a Special Stage followed by navigation on the “Tradizione Italiana” roadbook (57 km). The Special Stage runs from 11:40 AM to 1:10 PM, after which the sporting activity concludes with Lunch at 1:15 PM. At 2:30 PM results will be displayed, before the much-anticipated Stage Awards and European Vespa Rally Awards at 3:00 PM, closing the event at 4:00 PM.

ℹ️ Like as Particular Regulation (please read Vespa Rally 2025_ParticularRegulation_Pontedera_EN_It) the Pontedera edition features a total of 6 Special Stages (SS), 6 Time Controls (TC), 3 TSC (CTO), and 4 Stamp Checks (SC), over a route of about 160 km. All roadbook navigation must be completed in full compliance with the Highway Code.

REGISTRATION FEE / QUOTA DI PARTECIPAZIONE
Vespa Rally 2025_Terms & Conditions_Pontedera_En_It

For participants the registration fee is 100 EUR and includes:

– Official program

– Starting number to participate in the sporting event

– Saturday box lunch, Saturday dinner and Sunday lunch. All meals include water.

For accompanying people the fee is 60 EUR each and includes include the same program except for the sporting part. Please note that in the Vespa Rally, passengers are only allowed on navigation sections and not on special stages.

For those arriving on Friday and those who wish to spend a few hours with other Vespa enthusiasts, a welcome dinner will be held in Pontedera on Friday evening. The cost, to be paid separately, is 40 EUR.

Per i partecipanti la quota di iscrizione è di 100 EUR e comprende:

– Programma ufficiale

– Numero di partenza per partecipare alla manifestazione sportiva

– Pranzo al sacco del sabato, cena del sabato e pranzo della domenica. Tutti i pasti includono l’acqua.

Per gli accompagnatori la quota è di 60 EUR e comprende lo stesso programma, ad eccezione della parte sportiva. Si prega di notare che nel Vespa Rally i passeggeri sono ammessi solo nelle sezioni di navigazione e non nelle prove speciali.

Per chi arriva venerdì e desidera trascorrere qualche ora con altri appassionati di Vespa, venerdì sera si terrà una cena di benvenuto a Pontedera. Il costo, da pagare separatamente, è di 40 euro.
