In 2026, Vespa celebrates its 80th anniversary in the heart of Rome, the Eternal City.

A unique event that replaces Vespa World Days, with the same ability to bring together thousands of Vespisti and Vespa Clubs from around the world to celebrate not only an iconic vehicle, but a lifestyle, a community and a story that spans generations.

Four days of passion, encounters, experiences and celebration in one of the most extraordinary cities in the world.

Vespisti registrations open: 14 February 2026, 12:00 CET

VESPA AND ROME

1946 marks the birth of both Vespa and the Italian Republic, with Rome as its capital.

Vespa and Rome share a profound history: in a pivotal moment for a nation looking towards the future with hope, they became universal symbols of freedom, beauty and rebirth.

Rome established Vespa in the global collective imagination, from classic cinema to contemporary productions.

Today, 80 years after its birth, Vespa returns to the Capital to celebrate this extraordinary journey together with its global community.

REGISTRATION

The event is open to Vespisti who are duly registered members of a local Vespa Club affiliated with a National Vespa Club that is a member of the Vespa World Club.

Only original Vespa vehicles and Vespa Cosa models, duly type-approved, insured and authorised for road circulation in accordance with applicable regulations, will be admitted.

Registrations will open on 14 February 2026 at 12:00 (Italian time).

Participant numbers will be limited; during the initial registration phase (10 days), a nationality-based allocation system will be applied in order to ensure the widest possible representation of National Vespa Clubs, regardless of time zone and club size.
During this first phase, the system will collect participation requests, which will subsequently be validated by the Organising Committee in coordination with the Presidents of the National Vespa Clubs.
At the end of the verification period, any unallocated places will be redistributed according to chronological order of registration to eligible applicants on the waiting list.

Presidents of National Vespa Clubs will be required to verify registrations from Local Clubs within their respective countries before official confirmations of participation are issued (DV check).

Upon opening of registrations, it will only be possible to register for the main event.

Additional services (tours, sporting activities, Vespa Trophy, Concours d’Elegance, cultural visits and other exclusive services) will be made available at a later stage and communicated through official channels.

By registering for the event, you will gain access to:

– The official event programme

– The official welcome kit

– Benefits and discounts within the Vespa Village

– Dedicated Vespa parking with supervised access and exit points

– Participation in the Vespa Parade
